About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solana Smart Contract Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining smart contracts on the Solana blockchain. You will work closely with our product and development teams to build innovative decentralized applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.

• Collaborate with team members to integrate smart contracts into our platform.

• Write efficient, secure, and well-documented code.

• Conduct testing and debugging of smart contracts.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in Solana and blockchain technology.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Solana smart contract development (using Anchor or Rust).

• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and decentralized applications.

• Experience with Rust programming language.

• Knowledge of Solana CLI, SDKs, and deployment tools.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred

• Prior experience with DeFi projects on Solana.

• Familiarity with other blockchain platforms.

Hiring Process
