About the Role

Lumixion is seeking a Full-Stack Blockchain Developer to join our engineering team for an advanced multi-chain decentralized exchange (DEX) platform. This project involves upgrading and expanding a legacy swap system into a next-generation, cross-chain, high-performance DeFi product.

As a Full-Stack Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our decentralized exchange platform, which includes a React-based frontend, a Node.js backend, and Solidity smart contracts. You will collaborate with product and design teams to create seamless user experiences while ensuring the security and performance of our applications. Your expertise in web development and blockchain technology will be essential to the success of this DEX platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the front-end application using React, ensuring a responsive and high-performance user interface.

• Design and implement back-end services using Node.js to support the functionality of the DEX platform.

• Create and deploy smart contracts using Solidity to facilitate trading operations and other functionalities.

• Integrate Web3.js to connect the front end with the Ethereum blockchain and other decentralized networks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and enhancements.

• Conduct code reviews and maintain best practices in code quality, security, and performance.

• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and enhance user experience.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience as a Web3 Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies, particularly React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Strong experience with back-end development using Node.js.

• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and experience with smart contract development using Solidity.

• Familiarity with Web3.js and other blockchain interaction libraries.

  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) applications and protocols.

• Knowledge of additional blockchain platforms (e.g., Binance Smart Chain, Polygon).

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
