About the Role

Lumixion is seeking 2–3 Full-Stack Blockchain Developers to join our engineering team for an advanced multi-chain decentralized exchange (DEX) platform. This project involves upgrading and expanding a legacy swap system into a next-generation, cross-chain, high-performance DeFi product.

Responsibilities

You will contribute directly to the platform’s core functionality and growth:

  • Add multiple wallet integrations

  • Add support for new chains: EVM-compatible, Solana, Tron

  • Implement bridging functionality across all registered networks

  • Improve existing swap logic and platform infrastructure

  • Optional: develop Telegram bot tools for expanded functionality

  • Participate in a weekly team meeting

  • Provide daily updates and maintain clear communication

Core Stack

  • Front-end: React.js

  • Back-end: Express.js, MongoDB

  • Blockchain: Smart Contracts, Web3.js/ethers.js, EVM Blockchains

  • Multi-Chain Experience: Solana, Tron (bonus)

  • Wallet Integrations
    Experience integrating wallets such as:
    - TrustWallet
    - Binance Wallet
    - Coinbase Wallet
    - TronLink

  • Cross-Chain / Bridging

    • Knowledge of token bridges and multi-chain communication

    • Understanding of DEX, routing, and swap mechanics

Bonus Skills

  • Telegram bot development (Python)

  • UI/animation capability

  • Git proficiency

  • Strong written and spoken English

Hiring Process

  1. Preparation and Project Review

    Candidates are required to review the Project Version 1 thoroughly before proceeding to the interview stages. They should familiarize themselves with the project scope and deliverables to demonstrate understanding during subsequent discussions.

  2. Technical Assessment
    Candidates will undergo a technical screening or test focused on the concepts and technologies used in Version 1. This step helps assess their technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with the project requirements.

  3. Technical Interview with CTO
    A detailed technical interview will be conducted with our CTO. Topics will include:

    • In-depth discussion of the candidate’s understanding of Version 1

    • Coding and problem-solving exercises

    • Approach to development challenges and best practices

  4. Cultural and Work Environment Interview with CEO
    The final stage involves a meeting with the CEO to evaluate:

    • Cultural fit within the company

    • Work ethic and attitude

    • Alignment with company values and vision

    • Expectations regarding work environment and team collaboration

Work Expectations

  • Monday - Friday

  • Minimum 40 hours/week

  • At least 2 hours overlap with EDT

  • Daily progress updates

  • Weekly team sync on Fridays
