About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Project Technical Manager to lead and oversee the development and implementation of our blockchain-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in blockchain technology, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, and deployment of blockchain projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements
Manage technical teams including developers, engineers, and designers
Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
Conduct technical research and recommend blockchain solutions and architectures
Oversee smart contract development, security audits, and testing
Stay updated with blockchain industry trends and best practices
Document technical specifications and project progress
Requirements
Proven experience in managing blockchain projects
Strong understanding of blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, etc.)
Experience with smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, etc.)
Familiarity with blockchain development tools and frameworks
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Effective communication skills
Nice to Have
Background in software engineering or computer science
Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or other blockchain applications
Knowledge of cryptography and security best practices
Prior experience working with remote teams
